Joy Fold Card - Greeting Card Kids

Hi There. Just a quick post from me today as the Christmas Season is now in full swing so I'm a bit time deprived.

Today I have a Joy Fold Card for you using the rubber stamp set Greeting Card Kids & Paper Pack Snow Festival. I love this little girl - Isn't she is sooooo adorable?!

The method of how to make a Joy Fold Card, and for an inside view of the card, is listed under a previous post of mine dated 6 November 2012.

I used my Stampin' Write Markers to colour the little girl in and added the Glitter using my 2 Way Glue Pen. Stampin' Up!'s Glitter, Dazzling Diamonds, is super fine  making it a perfect fit for this image.

As you can see, I've used the Festive Paper Piercing Pack on the blue label - soooo much fun!

Style Tips: Tried and Tested for You!

1.  Paper Piercing gives you an instant no fuss border and looks great! I've used it on the Framelits Label of this card. It draws your eye to the image itself, and grounds it to the card. It also gives a beautiful clean professional finish to the project.

2. 2 Way Glue Pen - I use mine a lot! It's a permanent fixture right in front of me on my craft table. It's fantastic for Layering Materials, Building 3D images like flowers and butterflies, and is especially good for adhering smaller objects to your project such as the Beautiful Wings Butterflies and the Fashionable Hearts Emnbosslits. And of course, is great for glitter! It gives you accurate coverage and does not bleed into the ink.

3. You can also decorate the inside of the Joy Fold Card. I didn't on this one or in the previous post, however stamping, embossing or die cutting a snow flake would be a pretty addition.

I hope this card inspires you. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Have a great day and Happy Creating!

Thanks for stopping by - Angeliki. :)
